Hello, I have a question! Shouldn´t the cooling fan behind the radiator move when you start the car and have the AC on full speed?? I did that today and had the car on with the AC at full speed for about 2-3 minutes, and the fan is not moving. I have attached a picture and a video of the cooling fan.

Can it be dead fuses or is this fan not supposed to move right away? I have also attached pictures of the fuse box and fuse diagram.

 

I could not attach the video of the fan not working, I have no idea how I do that, I tried to attach it in "manage attachements" in the post but it does not show, so it didn´t work.
