Hello out there. Hope all are doing good. I have a 2004 mini 5speed with 108k miles and, having an issue with the high speed radiator fan. When engine is cold at start up the high speed fan comes on and runs while driving the car. The a.c. is not blowing cold. Any help? Thanks
