Dead dash & no start

Hi

Here's my long and tragic story of a Mini I'm trying to resurrect

- bought a 2012 Cooper with a blown headgasket
- fixed and rebuilt the engine
- STUPIDLY tried to jump start it as the battery was dead.
- result ... crank but no start, dead dash.

These are my current symptoms:

- No dash activity on inserting key (odometer, warning lights etc)
- Engine turns over but does not fire
- Everything else works (steering lock, windows, radio, aircon etc)

Here are the troubleshooting steps I have tried so far:

- Verified 12v at coils when ignition is on
- Verified all fuses are intact (footwell and engine bay)
- Replaced JBE with another (same part number)
- Replaced CAS with identical unit and had it cloned from the old one
- Checked ground strap etc
- Swapped main relays around

Diagnosed CAS with my Foxwell NT710, live data shows 0.1v at Terminal 15 (ACC) on ignition, but 12v at all other terminals
JBE No message LIN (C913)
No message LCD receiver JBE transmitter KOMBI C91F

I've gone past the end of my tether, but persevering anyway as it's potentially a lovely car!

So ... what should I try next??
