Default Getting rear brake caliper bracket off?

Hi all, just joined the forum. Working on 2014 Cooper, owned by my girlfriend. Loads of great youtube videos on how to change rotors/pads but none seem to have the 2014 set up.

I've got the caliper and pads off but need to get the bracket off.

The problem is the bracket has two torx head bolts holding it and they just will not move. I assume the bracket must come off to change the rotor? I've tried penetrating oil, so do I now need to get a torch and heat them, maybe to soften the loctite? Or is there some other trick? I'm stuck at moment. Anyone done this before with the 2014 set up?

Included picture of bolts, and I assume these are the retaining bolts for the bracket as there are no other obvious suspects?

Thanks all!
