Default no intake no isues

Hey I had the same problem in my 07 but now have an aftermarket cold air intake.
The car runs better more power and sound great. Had problems at first because I had an aftermarked chip in at the same time. Removed chip for winter and it is mostly good except extreme cold days, but you want to take it easy on the engine on those days anyway.
