My 2012 Cooper S with 55,000 miles with a replaced water pump is now dealing with an oil leak potentially coming from the Oil filter compartment. If there's any good news, Mini/BMW lost their appeal to have the class action lawsuit dismissed as the judge decided they knew the car had issues since 2011 and allowed the CA Lawsuit to proceed....

That was in 2017, and there's been no word on a recall/fix to this. So, I was wondering if anyone has heard anything else.
