i have a 2012 mini cooper s. when i insert the fob the radio doesn't come on. you have to push the start button, which will turn on the radio, but also turns on the headlights, heater fan and all other accessories. on pushing the stop button to turn off the engine, the radio stops also. the manual says i should be able to listen to the radio while the engine is not running (radio readiness) and the radio should continue to play after stopping the engine.
this is annoying because i can't listen to the audio system without the engine running or risk the running the battery dead. help!

 

ok, anyone out there have a 2012 mcs without this problem?
