Morning folks. I have an 07 r56 and love it. She runs fantastic for me but I have a concern. When I put it into sport mode 1st and second gear go great. When I put it into 3rd if I drive normally and shift it works and sounds great. Now if I put it in 3rd and continue moving and give it a little bit more gas to accelerate quickly I get a knocking noise for about 2 seconds and then I'm good. It only does it in sport mode. It has 86k miles on it. I did a little checking and some have speculated that it might be the timing chain. Anyone have an issue like this?
