Hi there,

I have a 2007 Mini Cooper and noticed heaps of water coming in under the boot mat after a day of rain. Is it a common problem?
I've taken the car to a garage and paid $350.00 to get it looked at and they put some sealant down both rear panels but still hasn't fixed it

Any solution to fix?

 

I have a similar issue on my 2010 cooper s.cant find where it's coming from.

 

I noticed the same thing on my recently purchased 09 S. Water under the jack tray. My sunroof is not working properly and in my looking around it might be a clogged drain from the sunroof track. If I ever get the sun roof to open I intend to rooter the drain. You might try that. I read it drains somewhere down there.....
