Angry 05 cooper new automatic transmission

Had new Trans installed by dealer. When received car back engine would go to high rpms and slowly car would move. Was told new transmission had to learn how we drive. This happens at all speeds. Can anyone explain this to me. Car did not drive like this with old transmission it would spin front wheels if pullout to hard. Now engine races but car goes slow.

Was told nothing wrong. Baffeled:

There is a short period (Day or so) that the car learns the shift points ect if it lasts more then 4/5 days (depending on mileage you drive) theres a problem
