Default Central Electronics module mini cooper r50 auto built dec 01 ???

Hello all.

We have a r50 mini in at our workshop with some serious problems. The windows, wipers, central locking, interior light and headlights are not functioning. We have checked all fuses, all good. We have connected our scan tool up to the diagnostic socket and the central electronics module is throwing over 50 hard fault codes. Using the 'current data' section we are able to see the signals from the switches, etc. Using the 'actuation test' we are able tell the module to do things like open the windows, and lock the doors etc.

We do not have much info on the mini and I do not want to condem the central electronics module without first being sure.

Has anyone had this problem before?

Thankyou
~B.
