Default 2004 R53 water leak

We had the windshield replaced sometime back. The floor on the driverside front and back ssem to be getting water, with no obvious entry. Inspection shows that the small piece of molding that turns the corner above the A-pillar plastic is not meeting and their is no rubber gasket behind it.

I'm assuming this is the source of the leak.

Can anyone confirm this? And, is this self-reparable (being mechanically inclined)? What parts would I need?

Thanks!

No sunroof. Turns out it is leaking from the gasket point illustrated by the arrow. I still haven't ordered and replaced it. I put a piece of PermaGum in it to keep it from leaking for now. Can some one mail me a rountuit?
