idl air control

While driving, as I approach a stop light or sign, when I push in the clutch the engine dies. This is intermittant, and happens 2 or 3 times in a week.

miles ? I'd try seafoam intake tract

55,000 miles and what is a seafoam intack tract? Also with a little more research i discovered the mini does not have an idle air control valve.
