no, the vehicle in question is the same as yours -- a 2006 cooper S. It origionally had a painted grille and lower grille bar. I removed and replaced the painted pieces (see arrows) with after-market chrome pieces.

So more chrome. I think I'll order the aluminium (I can't find the chrome" bottom grille piece. The reason I'm putting on all this after-market chrome is within 30 days of gettingme Mini, two other guys in my town got exact copies of mine. I want to set mine aside from theirs.
