Retro fit factory HID headlights to a non factory HID R53
Hello everyone! This is my first thread on your forum, and btw..thanks for letting me join!
I have an non factory HID R53 and I would like to install a set of factory HID headlights. I don't care about the factory active aiming feature, I'm only interested in the clarity of the beam.
Have any of you guys done this retro fit before? Since the impedance is lower with ballasts vs halogens, will I need to add resistors or get the cars computer reprogramed?
