Hey guys, I have an 04 S, with Harman Kardon speakers. All of a sudden a few weeks ago I lost sound. The radio and CD players work normally, controls on the steering wheel work fine, but there is just no sound coming through.

The speakers randomly produce this weird alien sound, kind of like a dial up modem, very strange. I thought maybe somehow they got unplugged, but have not been able to find the right place to fix it.

If you have any insight on this or can help, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

 

Sounds like the Harmon Cardon amp failed (it's seperate from the stereo)
