Question 16" fronts and 15" rear wheels

This is my 1st. Mini, and I drive hard and fast. I've always kept my best tires on the front, so I want to install 16" High Performance tires on the front of my Mini Cooper.
On Mini's, would this upset the balance and hurt performance?

Default Keep the 15" wheels

I decided to keep the 15" wheels, but to slap on Ultra HP tires.

If the wheels aremore then 1/2% difernt they will cause ABS and traction issues
you need to keep all 4 the same diameter

Thanx, I though there maybe a difference with the computer 'stuff'. Is 175/65H 15 on the back, and 195/60V 15 on the front would be OK?
