Kensington Motor Cars is the place! Located on South Valley View just north of the Rio Hotel, the dealership is owned by Bill from Liverpool, himself a master Land Rover mechanic (they service Mini, Jaguar and Land Rover exclusively). They have a master Mini mechanic on staff who got my car fixed and back on the road quickly for a reasonable price (after the dealership had misdiagnosed the car twice and charged me a bunch to fix nothing).

They also sell Mini, Jaguar and Land Rover parts.
