I'm looking for a daily/beater because my 650i is a bit of a drama queen. I'm a car guy so i've got to have an enthusiast car. My fiance has an 06 standard hard top that we bought a year ago with only 19k on it. Of course there have been no issues with it and there shouldn't be for a little while.

Generally i wouldn't even consider something over 150k but the car guy inside me keeps saying "Get something cool" and i'm really only looking to pay bottom dollar, so i guess my question is, if i buy a high mileage mini, will it turn into a money pit and give me more heartache, or are they solid and simple like toyota's?

 

I think a high mileage Mini will probably burn a hole in your wallet.
