I may have messed up. I bought a used mini with 73000 miles with the light on. I have taken it to 3 diffrent places now and they all say that the computer is not communicating with the scanner. Have checked all the fuses they are good. Anyone ever run into this issue. I even went by the inspection place and they say it is powering up but not communicating.

Anyone know where the bad link could be?

 

I'm wondering if you disconnect the battery and reset it ...

 

Tried that with no luck.
