2009 Mini Clubman Rear Leak

Default 2009 Mini Clubman Rear Leak
I have a leak, the rear trunk fills with water. The water seems to be coming in the holes in the photo.

I was wondering what do i need to replace to fix water coming in from this area?

Any help would be appreciated.

i have this prob and think the corrugated metal at the front of the truck is the entrance. Did you find the answer?
