Default Moonroof leak

Hi everyone, had a little problem today coming home from work. After I had warmed up my Cooper, I sped away from the curb. All of the sudden water came down from the moonroof! Water soaked the headliner around the clock. Drips of water was coming down on my hand while I shifted. Soo annoying! Has anyone gone thru this with their Mini? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks guys/girls!

There are drain holes at the front corners (2) of the moonroof. If they get plugged up, I suspect water can get into the interior. I would try "snaking" a stiff piece of wire gently down the drain tube. The total distance is about 3'. After cleaning the drain, pour a little water from a bottle down the drain hole. It should run down the drain tube and spill onto the ground. Repeat as necessary. I have used a wire coat hanger with electrical tape wrapped on the end. (Open it up first ! )
