Default Door Panel repair

My daughter has a 2009 base cabrio. Her door panel came apart.

I took a look today to see what I could do. There are two fasteners that screw into sleeves. The sleeves pulled out from where they are supposed to be anchored to.

I know this is a horrible explanation. The pictures should help clarify.

What can I do to repair the panel? Do I need a complete new panel? New fasteners? Can I remove the “sleeve” that’s currently on the screw and glue it in place - and after drying - screw the panel together?

Appreciate any ideas/suggestions.

Default Here’s what I did…

Disassembled the door panel a bit further and found that there were a total of 5 screws with brass inserts, all of which had pulled out. I glued the inserts with 2-part FastCap CA glue. They seem to be holding (for now).
