I have a 2008 Mini Cooper, which has been having problems as of late. Yesterday, I was on the freeway, and came to a stop in traffic, and went to push the gas and the card would not move forward. I couldn't even hear my car running anymore. I was able to turn off the car and restart it though. Today, the check engine light came on and started flashing for about 20 seconds. Sometimes when I push to brake, the car shakes, before coming to a complete stop. I feel like my car has been acting funny since I got the fuel injector service at the dealership a few months ago, but am not sure if that has any relation to what is going on.

Has anyone else had any of these problems? Or know could be the cause of this?
