Can someone please tell me where to find torque specifications.

I can not believe how hard it is to find torque specs for this car.

2009 Mini Cooper base coupe automatic

I've googled and googled and googled and called and called and called every place I can possibly think of and I can't find anything.

Is there even such a thing as torque specs for these?

I had a hard time even finding oil capacity. What is torque for plugs, oil pan drain plug, oil filter can top????
Owner's manual tell me nothing; Whas up?
