Any ideas what the black stick part is called that is leaking oil? I am as non mechanical and technical as they come. Any help is greatly appreciated.

 

Are you sure that it's oil? The black part looks like some sort of drain tube. Maybe radiator or battery? I just bought my first mini less than a month ago. Don't know much about them. What color is the fluid coming out of it?
