I just purchased my first MINI on Thursday and I would really like to have a mahogany or some sort of polished wooden steering wheel put in.

Is there a good resource for this? I know I could just ask the dealer but I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find a wealth of options.

With the newer airbags ect I have not seen any in wood ect .. Grant was making "Styling rings" but they are plastic overlays and not sure if they make them for your vehicle

 

Looks like you have a steering wheel AND hub in that pic.The quick release function will be on the hub, not the actual steering wheel, so are you sure you have a "quick release function" on the hub you bought?If you do, you should be set, however Im not sure on installation.
