Default Weird front engine mount help!

Hi Guys,
I bought the front engine mount based on my vin number but when I removed the one fit in my car I notice it was different. Mine has a bolt in the lower side and it was screwed to the chasis while the new one has a small tube to secure it to the chasis with a bolt.
I've been searching the web but all I can find is the one I bought.
Could some one please let me know where can I buy the correct one?
my mini is an r50 2002 built in dec 2001
Thanks!

What I ended up doing was taking both engine mounts to a welder and he cut out the threaded bit from the broken one and welded it into the new one after cutting the wrong bit. Its working fine no problem!
