Default What is this part called?
2014 mini on the front grill passenger side there is a little plastic insert cover.
Mine is broken so I'm trying to find one. Also what is the optional feature that would have lived there?

What 2014 MINI do you have? Can you show me a picture? Here is an exploded diagram of the front bumper on a F56 MINI Cooper.

What 2014 MINI do you have? Looks to be the flap for the tow hook, which is HERE.
