My first car was a mini. 1988, red hot. Great wee car, even after I attempted to mesh it together with a Nissan!

I grew up in Scotland but now live in the US and the local dealer has a 2007 S Convertible. Seems well priced, 12500, 60k miles. Bodywork and interior looks spotless but I havent test drove it yet.

Any advice on what defects to look for or general advice on buying the car would be much appreciated.
