Good afternoon to you all. I have a 2013 Mini Countryman, and suddenly, one day I tried to start it, but when I put the key on its place, and push the start/stop button, nothing happens. With the key I can only open and close the doors. It seemd the electric system is blocked, because the stereo or the headlights won´t turn on, as the normally would do.

I cheked the battery with the official service provider and it seems to be alright. Also, changed the battery of the FOB Key.

Lastly, the spare key, since some months ago, when I use it, it shows the "No key" sign, so I cannot use it , or compare. However, when I use such key, it shows me the yellow "no key" sign.

What could it be??
