So we bought a used 2k9 JCW S Mini in great condition. Unfortunately the motor had the timing chain fail and totalled the motor. I researched and found the class action lawsuit about the chain and tensioner and the extension of the warranty (7 years, 100K), unfortunately we fit within the miles (66K) but not the years 10. I'm looking to purchase a good motor to be shipped to RI. Any help or advice would be greatly appeciated. Jay and Penny.
