Hey everyone, I'm a new Mini Owner, 2012 Countryman S All4. Love it so far.

Anything I should be made aware of?

I have a couple of questions, what are people avg MPG. I've only have had it for a few days and so far am only getting 21.5, is this about right?

 

I have a 2012 R56 MCS and i am getting 35 Hw and 33 city. my wife has an 2005 R50 and she gets 34 Hw and 31 city. You have a turbo and if you drive in boost you will get really bad gas mileage. take off slow or you will get bad GM.

 

21.5 in city sounds about right, although I think 25 is the average for that model...Just keep your right foot in check and follow Boost's boost (lol) advice.

 

Really excited about my new 2010 hatchback s. Imported it Saturday from Baltimore. Can't wait for Hurricane Sandy to blow itself out so I can drive it again. It will be in the garage till then. Forgot to mention I got 32.5 MPG on the way home from MD...of course always obeying the speed limits.
