Default Pursuing filing a second lawsuit against BMW USA / Mini USA

I unfortunately have a bad issue, its a 2010 mini cooper s conv. with 62k miles
that i bought a year and half ago. and loved driving it while it ran.
Until the high pressure fuel pump failed, water pump, timing chain, oil filter housing gasket has leak, vacuum pump also has leak.
all of this is approx $6,000 to fix, all of these faulty parts. i just paid $13,000 for the car and now it needs all of this done to it.
BMW usa has been rude and uncooperative and so has Hendrick Mini. im pursuing filing a second lawsuit against BMW USA / Mini Usa. If anyone has any recommendations for a law firm to handle this case please let me know.

I have a 2010 hardtop basic mini and have the same problem. They offered me $2500 towards a car at the mini dealership I bought it at. They won't even fix the timing chain. I've contacted a class action lawfirm. I will update if I hear from them. I've seen so many posts on this site and North American Motoring site with pople who own the N12, N14, and N16 engines that it's crazy. BMW is not taking responsiblity for this design flaw.
