does anybody know how to keep the auxiliary to stay on and not shut off after a few minutes. I have the stock radio from mini in my 2005 convertible s.

 

xm and Sirius is the same. The aftermarket radio comes with an antenna that magnetically sticks to the roof and you either hook it to the auxiliary in you radio or threw your fm station. That way I am trying to find out way my auxiliary cuts out on my radio.

 

I switched from an ipod aux cable to mp3 aux cable, but now the radio won't go to aux, only fm and cd.
Is there a radio reset?
