Default Help with super charger pulley/cold air intake

Hello everybody. I have a 2006 Mini Cooper S (and i love it ) Anyways, I am looking to get a reduced supercharger pulley (15%) as well as an upgraded cold air intake. Any suggestions on good brands or any tips you may have? Please keep in mind I am looking for the lowest priced options out there which still maintain reliability and performance (for I am on a very low budget)

Thanks all!

Vicious Delicious ( my red and black mini's name )

You will need a smaller belt

and a pulley remover and tensioner tool if you plan on installing yourself
