I’m considering buying a new side-by-side and wanted to get some honest feedback from people who actually own and use one regularly. My main uses would be trail riding, light farm work, hauling supplies, and some occasional plowing in winter.

I’ve been reading specs and watching videos, but real-world experience matters more to me. Specifically, I’m curious how the polaris ranger 1000 performs over time in terms of reliability, maintenance costs, and comfort. Are there any common issues I should know about?

Would you recommend it over similar models?
