I think he's just trying to BS someone into buying the car.

 

He said ( " how you gonna tell me how much HP i have when i built the car" ) so it isnt hear say. He's an idiot......Stupid move for him was to put the Vin on ebay for everyone to see.......With that, i gave it to my Mini rep and there in the process of voiding the cars warranty cause he even stats he has NOS on the car......O well! lol
