Yeah, just sounds like a case of the old suspension sag to me. You should look at getting some aftermarket things. I have Koni FSD shocks and HSport springs that I highly recomend.

thanks for this answer. By the way, do you know what are the original spring rates of the mini. This is realy hard to find by reserch and there is just un little quantity of aftermaket spring that we can see this spec. So, like tein suspension they are 500 lb.po for the basic kit. For the HSport ??

Thanks
Do you have pictures of your ride? You seam to have done a lot of mods...

Hm, no idea what the stock spring rates are. I know they're stiff and linear. If you're going aftermarket I highly suggest progressive rate springs. The MINI platform is so stiff that linear springs are harsh.

Here's a thread with pics of my MCS. https://minicooperforums.com/m_1366/tm.htm

And a recent picture:

Thanks !! very beautiful !

i know its very difficult to have these spring rates because it is the aftermarket stuff recipe. but wen you know that it is easy to predict the kind of ride that you will reach.

So i will continue my reserch.

Thanks

Depending upon what you decide to go with here, I thought I would mention that tirerack is selling anh-sport springs/bars package for $499 (on closeout)....seemed pretty cheap. Here is a link, just in case.
