Default air sensor

Can I disable the sensor so I can do away with the unit in the tire?

If you are using run flat tires absolutely not

they are designed to have air ,if they are flat they will look normal but should only be run 100 miles

without sensors you will not know they are flat and have a catastrophic tire failure
