Is there anywhere to get a stock diff for 2005 Getrag 5 speed

Is there anywhere to get a stock diff for 2005 Getrag 5 speed
The upper internal bearing (away from crown gear) on the inside of the differential is sliding around the bearing seems fine is just not being held in place. Anyone run into this before?
