What ABS issues are you having?

Take a peek at our Wheel Speed Sensor testing, might be what you're needing: MINI Cooper R56 Wheel Speed Sensor Testing (2007-2011) | Pelican Parts DIY Maintenance Article

thanks for the reply, yes I had the trifecta lights scanned, left rear sensor was showing 158 mph with the car sitting still, replaced with duaralast auto zone part, lights wouldn't go out so I had it rescanned , still showing 158 wheel speed on LR, that's where I'm at right now.

Make sure the connectors aren't damaged and they aren't loose. That can trigger a light. Use that article to test the sensors. Also, make sure the unit you purchased isn't faulty. If you have done all this and still have an issue go to the article I linked above and leave a comment in the comment box at the bottom. Our MINI Guru may have additional input for you.
