Hi all,

I just got a new to me MCS 2009 clubman in excellent condition. It came from Las Vegas Mini and they did the usual plus head gaskets, oil, new tires, new seat cover, new passenger vanity mirror and weather stripping....however it has 56k miles and not covered at all. They want to sell me a warranty from a company that is $3400.00 for 4 years 48,000 miles, $100.00 deductible bumper to bumper. When I googled the company they have over 300 posted complaints for not paying off on covered items and they seem to find excuses to deny payments. The salesperson at the dealer claims that he has never had claims denied especially when the car comes to his dealership for recommended service....any ideas from the Mini community on these warranties?????

Hate to say it but I've heard the same thing with Mini not paying their customers on things that is covered under warranty.
