Default Mini Swag Dealer - Warning!

I got this from the famous Mini2 forums. I thought I should post it here, just to get people aware.

"Do not use MINI SWAG

Back in May, I ordered something from a website called MINISWAG in the USA, had a nice selection of unusual MINI items, so I placed an totalling $84.99

I then waited, and waited, and waited

Then I e-mailed them asking where my items were in July to be told that I had placed a pre-order only for the item and they were not due to be sent until October I explained the item I ordered was for a present and October was too late, still didn't get anywhere

Well October came and went, so I contacted them again and was told the item wasn't going to be available so I could finally have a refund So they gave me a phone number to fax my card to, so I did, and waited for the latest card statement to turn up expecting to see my refund. Well it arrived yesterday, no refund

I am not giving up!!!

I have called them and tried to fax them again the number is now disconnected, so I have e-mailed them again

But I felt I really needed to warn others NOT TO USE THIS SITE/COMPANY!!!"

WARNING TO ALL

They are a real buisness, however I would suggest they are "ripping" people off, or some sort of nature like that. Whatever they case is, the original poster suggested (HIGHLY) to stay away from them, and so I will. I thought I should share it over here, so people don't get ripped...

Yeah, it is.

Gather all your friends and come back! I'm a member of a sister site that's also driven by Patrick and it's a really cool place. Tell everyone this is the new place to be in the MINI community!

Hey buddy, I dont know if you have an american express, but if you do call them and cancel the order. I have a black AMEX and will cancel an order if I feel asthough I've been ripped off. Even If you dont still call your card company.

MINISWAG
Warning, DO NOT BUY FROM MINISWAG. I bought a 05 Mini Cooper S a month ago, first thing I did was look up Mini
accessoriesonline. I came accross a site called Miniswag. Anyway I found some cool stuff on this site & ordered. It only took two days for the charge to show up on my credit card. I have e mailed Miniswag three times in two weeks &have not reponded back? I think I've been ripped off. Warning[/align]
